Wakiso LC5 boss, police warn parents over promiscuity

WAKISO-UGANDA/NEWSDAY:  The LC5 boss Wakiso district Mr Matia Lwanga Bwanika has warned parents to ensure the safety of their children during the lockdown noting that some of them are in company of illicit groupings.

Lwanga  said this at Wakiso district police offices where a young girl was allegedly arrested trying to erope with a teenager.

He lauded police in the area  reminding  parents to guard children against bad company.

Meanwhile  authorities in neighbouring  areas of Kyanja , Kampala district are   investigating acts  of sexual minority said to be  rampant.

This follows a disclosure by a resident at Waliggo road in Kyanja, Mr.Jimmy Mukasa that  immoral behaviors by youth groups seem to be on the rise.He singled out  house parties that contradict Covid 19 regulations some of which  turn into homosexual ventures spoiling children.

Speaking on this matter deputy police  spokesman Luke Owesigire said they are  hunting for Miss  Kemigisha Irene photographed above  who works for a certain NGO and others said to be promoters of illicit sex. 

Oweyesigire said her  group is related to Mr Bemba Ivan 36,  a resident of Kireka B   who has  been on police’s wanted list since  2018 and said to have  jumped  police bond on similar charges at Kira road police and his where about remain unknown.

Kemigisha and group  are wanted to answer charges related to immorality and violation  of  Ministry of health SOPs  to fight COVID-19  infections.
