Kampala-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Ms Lucy Nakyobe as the Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet and she has been replace as State house Comptroller by Jane Barekye.

In the new appointments announced on Thursday night, Mr Ramadhan Goobi is the new Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance replacing long time servant in the post, Keith Muhakanizi who now moves to the Office of the Prime Minister.
