KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: Governement said Friday repatriation of blogger Fred Lumbuye was due soon.

“He will be brought back here fo face charges,” deputy foreign affairs minister Kennedy Oryem told a press conference.

He added that Lumbuye will be charged with defamation and inciting violence.

Lumbuye is expected to arrive in Uganda tomorrow Saturday morning.
