KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: Operatives from the State House Anti-Corruption Unit (SH-ACU) headed by Col Edith Nakalema have taken Uganda’s most feared court bailiffs, Moses Kirunda where he is likely to face charges over murder.
Kirunda was arrested last weekend from Lungujja where he had allegedly been hiding after the murder at Nateete of 43-year old, Magidu Mugwanya on July 14. Kirunda.

He is accused along a yet to be identified police officer and a UPDF soldier at the rank of Major-Kyatuka attached to Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence-CMI who has already been charged with one count of murder
Kirunda arrived at Makindye Chief magistrates court on Tuesday afternoon wearing a t-shirt,a jean and sandals. He wasn’t handcuffed as it is usually the case.
