KAMPALA-UGANDA/NEWSDAY: The Minister in charge of Karamoja affairs Kitutu Mary Goretti Kimono is expected in court today over theft of Karamoja iron sheets.
Today’s expected presentation of Kitutu follows the sanctioning of corruption and conspiracy to commit a felony charges by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP)
Kitutu is accused of diverting iron sheets meant for the Karamoja Community Empowerment Programme.
The DPP Jane Frances Abodo has consented to the charges and she will be produced in court today.
