The sources add that a team of detectives raided the bailiff’s homes, but they didn’t find him.

Mugwanya’s family members held prayers for the deceased on Entebbe road on Monday. The UPDF First Division commander, Maj Gen Samuel Kawagga promised justice to the family.

In March last year, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni banned social gatherings and ordered the closure of bars to contain the spread of COVID-19.
